Required information: Federal Law requires AUSPL PAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

The AUSPL PAC Board is responsible for selecting candidates to whom the PAC will contribute. The Bylaws for the PAC are available by email or mail from the AUSPL office.

All contributions to AUSPL PAC are voluntary and contributions are not a condition of membership in AUSPL. Only individuals may make contributions to AUSPL PAC, and donations must be in the form of a personal check or personal credit card. Contributions from corporations or other business entities cannot be accepted and will be returned. Individuals are limited to donations of not more than $5,000 in any year.

Because AUSPL PAC is structured as a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) organization, dues and contributions paid to AUSPL PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
